The Incheon Culture & Arts Center, in operation since April 8, 1994, contains performance halls, exhibition rooms, and a conference room. Over 2,000 people can watch performances held on the center's three stages. The conference room has seating for 144 people and is used for a variety of national and international events. As an influential force of arts and culture in the Incheon area, the center is home to a municipal orchestra, choir, dance corps, and a theater troupe.
